I haven't looked closely enough at my 1958 Concert Grand to notice if the 45 adapter is there.  You have one if I need it?

Since the OP mentioned that the "TT produces no sound", I would assume that the turntable is in fact powered on. There must be something else amiss...

Sorry to drag up such an old thread, but having just acquired the exact same model as this, I was wondering if it sold. Just trying to gauge value.

That Turkeydoodlers guy has a lot of cool console videos on you tube.  Is he a member on here?

Looks almost identical to my 1958 205H. From what I understand the 1958 205H is rare. The same for the 1957 200H? Good luck with your sale!

Thanks guys! I guess I'll have to wait until it's in my possession to find out for sure.

Nice!  I can't imagine carrying any of my consoles by myself.  That one must really be relatively light.

I think so too, Bill.  Thank you!  Is there just one model of the Conquest?

The right horn isn't mounted in the same place as the left. It's just above the lower woofer. Evidently early stereo design didn't involve being symmetrical.

That's the way I understand it too, Bill. Anyone know which record changer comes with these? I'm not picking it up for a week but would like to review the service information if possible.

Just got home. Bought it!  The cabinet is in great shape for 60 years old. The odd nick in the finish here and there. All three top glass pieces are in great shape. It definitely needs to be restored. The AM radio was just audible at 3/4 full volume. Nothing on FM. The record changer of course needs the usual. Looking in the back, the AMP179 on the right had one of the three big filter cans replaced with 2 smaller caps so it has had some work done in the past. I think I got a good deal...I gave $140.
