I love the wood tops as opposed to the glass. I wonder if this was an option or special order.

Anyone?

Loud and Vintage.... any questions?

Gotta love it.

I look like Kermit the frog 'cause I'm green with envy.   ;)

Really I'm glad that someone got it who knows what it's historical value is and will treat it as such.

Looks very nice Pat.  Someone had to upgrade it with a later Micromatic changer.  That's exactly what I did to all the Magnavox consoles I've owned so far... and I would do the same to a Concert Grand if I ever find one.

Magnavox made it easy to remove the plinths in these cabinets for changer modifications.  Remove a few screws, and the plinth comes right out of the back of the cabinet.  Plinth modifications would have been much more difficult had the plinths been glued in place (which most console makers did....)

$250 with basically a mint cabinet and untouched electronics? Absolute SCORE.

Wow Pat, that's beautiful!   I'm really jealous as that was in my backyard so to speak and I missed it. My drive would have been about the same as yours just from the other side of the lake.  :'(
I guess I should look a little farther out than just my area.
