Off brands
« on: December 14, 2016, 08:45:15 AM »
I've been running into a lot of off brands lately. I saw this one at a estate sale last week. I've never heard of The Medallion of Sound brand . They wanted $200 . I didn't buy it but it did look pretty good with the music notes on the front. Under the Loudness knob it reads " Custom made expressly for electronic assoc.'s of Calif.

Probably a house brand for a local Electronics or  Department store.

Good looking unit!

The tuner looks vaguely like a Harman Kardon Coronet

I would have offered them $50 for it and gone from there... The speaker cabinets are worth that much all by themselves.
