I've seen the glue fall apart on those all the time, it usually hardens and when the speaker moves, it cracks and falls apart. If I were you I'd add glue on the spider, as they like to come off from the frame and cause the woofers to buzz and sound blown, but that's just me.

On the other hand, I have tried to fix a lot of things that weren't broken yet, often making matters much worse.  Old speakers, ones with corrugated paper surrounds, are quite durable devices.  I think I'd be inclined to enjoy the console without increasing the opportunities to mess things up.  If more glue lets loose, replace it then.  If you really want to fiddle, change some more capacitors and check all the carbon comp resistors, and replace the speaker crossover caps.
