Would Resistors 4 and 5 also be 1 watt like resistors 6 and 7.

They look like 1/2 watt based on physical size, but it wouldn't hurt to up the wattage rating to 1 watt.  I generally use 1 watt for 1/4 and 1/2 watt, 2 watt for 1 watt, etc.  Metal film resistors are physically smaller than equivalent carbon comp, so space isn't usually an issue.

You were right. On the parts list it say's All wattages 1/2 watt ,or less,unless otherwise listed. I missed it
