I saw this two weeks ago at a estate sale and just had to have it. I haven't been able to find another one like it with the TV.

1963 by the model number. Very cool - does the tuner have an MPX adapter?  That tuner (TU221) was common to many GE consoles and TV combinations.

I'm not sure. I haven't really messed with it yet. They did tell me it was working until it started smoking. I hope it didn't hurt anything.
