Welcome Cornelious!

Can you provide us with a couple of pictures?  I looked up your model to see just what you have and discovered it's a portable, with tubes.  :)  Is it worth restoring, it has tubes so the answer is yes.  I have several portables and have restored them to full playing condition.  If this is your first go-around with restoring this little guy would be a great starter for you. Then when you when you are hooked, like the rest of us, and find one is just not enough you can work your way up to a console or two or three or ten.   ::)  If you don't get a response here for a Sam's just Google your model number and I'm sure it will come up.  My Google of your model took me straight to Radiomuseum.  Take a look there.

Good luck and have fun!

Bill

No need to apologize for asking questions.  Will Rogers said "We are all ignorant, just on different subjects."  What's more important is being curious and trying new things.  My earliest Airline is a 1935 console radio from my grandfather.  My Dad remembered hearing London on shortwave for the first time on that radio.

Welcome aboard, Cornelious.  Remember, there is always room for one more.   ;)
I'm great at multi-tasking.  I can listen, ignore, and forget all at the same time.

You can try Googling and keep your eye on Ebay for the user manual.
