If they haven't already sold I'd think that the location is the reason because the price is right.  If one wanted a Magnavox collection this would be starting at the top of the heap.

John also has some very good speakers that I inquired about and would like to have but the shipping would be too expensive for me.

They are all still available.  I've not tried to sell them locally yet but probably should.   I'll update this post if/when anything sells.

If you really are cleaning out, I'll inquire again if you've got a Fisher 20-A amp in the for-sale pile?

Yep, 2 1/2 hrs. isn't very far at all.

A collection of this caliber and price is probably a once in a lifetime opportunity.

I drove down to Tualatin about a month ago to pick up a 1968 Sylvania SC315W console. I think that I have the two that I'm going to keep in my possession now.

Charles...

We are talking a Concert Grand, Imperial, Windsor, and Berkshire!  Any of the above is top of the line Magnavox.  You need at least one for your collection.  If nothing else you should not pass up the Concert Grand, especially when it's just around the corner from you.  :)  I have an Imperial and Berkshire, both awesome!

I'm sure that the consoles are indeed fabulous. I'm just not interested in spending the amount of money that they are worth. I'll be spending some money on the Dual 1019 in my Sylvania and getting the Zenith amp, tuner and reel to reel rebuilt.

It's been said before but if I lived closer...Portland is a long, long way from Kentucky. What a beautiful collection!
