We'd all like to find our consoles in virtually perfect condition like this RCA, but it's virtually impossible unless you find one new in the box in some old forgotten electronics warehouse somewhere.  Just about all of our finds require some amount of cabinet retouching to hide scratches and flaws, changer and component cleaning, etc., to bring them up to decent and presentable condition.  The Berkshire stereo I bought on eBay was as close to mint as any I've ever purchased.  There were only a couple of minor flea bites on the right front leg and that was it. The set did require a total cleaning inside and out, however.
